Jennifer Sauter-Price, MA, MSW
Founder, Executive Director
Fresh out of graduate school in Child Development and Family Studies from The University of Kansas, Jennifer wrote the award-winning parenting newsletter Texas Tots for the State of Texas. After completing her MSW from The University of Texas, she became the Executive Director of Connections Resource Center for parents and child care teachers in Austin, TX.
While her daughters were young, she worked at home as FamilyPrice manager and volunteered at their schools and church. Her efforts were recognized by Arlington Public Schools as an Honored Citizen in 2016. Jennifer returned to the professional world as The Reading Connection Book Club Coordinator, which inspired her to create Read Early And Daily (R.E.A.D.).
When she's not working on R.E.A.D. or reading the latest greatest children's book, she's probably at a Jazzercise class or hanging out with her family and dog Piper. Oh, and her nickname is Pajama Mama because she's been known to wears her pajamas around town and read books with her young friends. :)
Choosing a favorite book is too hard for her as she loves so many. Her latest favorite book is Stamped: Racism, Antiracism, and You.
